Lava has launched a All Rounder Smartphone name Agni 3, on 9th October 2024 in Indian Market, amazing features have been given, the phone backside is glass material with matte design so you don't have to worry about finger prints on the back side of this smartphone. You will see 2 color option in Lava Agni 3 (Heather glass & Pristine glass). The back side panel of this smartphone is curved on edges because the display is curved with 57 degree curvature with front and both back, you will get very good grip. This smartphone comes with polycarbonate frames it also comes with metallic finish, this smartphone comes with IP64 Ratings but the phone is at bulkier sight, the weight of this smartphone is 214 grams because this smartphone comes with Dual Display. this smartphone comes with dual nano sim with dual mic for noise reduction & also comes with under display fingerprint scanner. It has haptic touch & comes with X axis linear motor, you will get very good vibration feedback at various places, from volume buttons to typing. This smartphone has dual stereo speakers which also supports Dolby Atmos, the loudness is good but the bass is too much which you will get good experience in day to day life. You get a special button on the side of this smartphone, which is a key action button, it gives you 3 functions, single tap, double tap press & hold, single tap took your screenshot, double tap opened the camera, and Photos can also be taken, whether from the rear display or the front display. This rear display has a very good function, firstly you will get to see some cute animation like a pet is coming from behind, The charging animation is shown in the background which looks very cool, and you can read all the notifications and third party applications are also supported, WhatsApp and messenger are supported, you can also accept and reject calls from the rear display of this phone, with Along with this you also get to see steps and calorie counter, music playback stopwatch alarm timer also gives you the function of back display. But the most cool function that I found is that you get a camera application on your back display, when opened it is the rear camera with 50mp OIS so you can take really high quality selfies, which is generally not found in any other smartphone in this price range. And in rear display you will get 3 options to snap photo, video & portrait and then you can extract better quality photos and videos. Overall the secondary display has implemented very well.

Based on 4nm 4x2.0GHZ (ARM CORTEX-A55) 4x2.5GHZ (ARM CORTEX-A78) GPU (ARM MALI-G615 MC2). The antutu score of this smartphone is around 662093, CPU throttle is 92% which is impressive. In this smartphone engineers installed 9 layered liquid cooled module for heat dissipation and it is made of copper, basically the copper is better, it is not so much that if you compare it with Lava Agni 2, its heat dissipation is 1.7 times cooler. You get better performance plus you get LPPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 storage here which is reasonable considering the price, and if you want to do gameplay then BGMI will run around 60fps and you can play on Call of Duty on max setting. This smartphone has got hyper engine technology which gives you better FPS and is more energy efficient.
Talking about overall performance, Mediatek Dimensity 7300X can easily handle all the tasks in day to day life.

User Interface/ Android Skin

Talking about software, as always you get stock android UI with 0 bloatwares, and also you don't get any ads. And there are some company smartphones in this price range which run ads and spoil the experience but that is not what you are getting in Lava Agni 3 smartphone. If you want to record your call, then there are 2 different dialers, one is Lava's stock dialer and the other is Google dialer, both of them support call recording but I suggest you use the one which is Lava's dialer. You will get 3 years of yearly OS update and 4 years of security update patches which is expected because the company has given 3 years of updates, hopefully you will get it from Android 14 to Android 17 and because it is stock, it does not mean that you do not have any customization. You get to change your themes wallpapers icons so you can do that in fact you have given your setting function in your settings and basically you get to see all the features like edge lightning app cloner applock, which is according to you. If you want to customize it you can do it.

Talking about the camera, the camera has a 50mp primary sensor which has OIS and also EIS, it is hybrid with which you can shoot max smooth 4k video at 30 fps and then there is a 8mp telephoto sensor which has 3x times. Can do optical zoom and 30x times digital, generally in this price range we do not get telephoto sensor but it is given here. At this time you also get 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. In this smartphone you also get 16MP selfie and it is Samsung sensor, in which you get EIS and you are given the opportunity to shoot full HD 30fps max video.
